Rubber and Plastics Extrusion
When compared to other custom extruders, Pawling is unique because we have the capabiility of developing and manufacturing parts using a broad spectrum of materials - from Rigid PVC to fluorosilicone. Our extrusion lines include:
Three (3) Plastic Lines where we commonly manufacture rigid PVC, flexible PVC, TPE (thermoplastic elastomers), and MPR (melt processible rubber)
Two (2) Silicone Lines where we run addition and platinum cure compounds along with fluorosilicones
Five (5) Conventional Lines where we commonly run EPDM, SBR, Nitrile, and Neoprene
Two (2) Microwave Lines where we predominantly extrude EPDM and Nitrile
